1. Water: Water is expensive in this neighborhood. The water bill will surprise you!
2. Sewer: Though not a glamorous topic, it’s a necessity. These homes are on a cesspool even though they are in town.
3. Solar: As in every HOA, if you want to add solar panels you need the HOAs approval. Thankfully a lot of homes have solar & the process is more streamlined now.
