How did you feel when you received multiple offers and sold above asking price?

“Great, haha. I thought that was great. It was painless but it is painful. But it was painless in the process, yeah. It’s been the hardest move I’ve made, that’s more offensive. We had offers during the first six months, yeah, we had one at the very end. By that time, it was desperation. And was it above asking or under asking or last asking at the end? Below, and believe it or not, Ron kept saying it’s not for sale, it’s not for sale. I was very pleasantly surprised.”

There was a chemistry, and no pun intended, that developed between you and us that was very important.

“And before we actually put the listing on the market, which was very that on your part, it helped us come to grips with the fact that we were selling a home that we anticipated we were gonna spend the rest of our lives in. It made it very easy to deal with you, very comfortable, and felt very honest. And that made me comfortable.”

That’s all it takes: tell the people the truth, and they’re fine.

“Really, the results speak for themselves. The house was on the market for roughly a week, two open houses, three offers, and a sale. It just gelled and fell together. And with your assistance, we were able to make the sale. You can’t beat two open houses. We had a sale. We had it on the market for six months before, which in the down market we were in, was incredible.”

The market turned because of the interest rate increases and place dollars.

“That’s why he kept saying it won’t sell. No, you were completely different as far as the www. The other one was staged well at all. It was actually beautiful. I liked it. I was very impressed.”

“Of course, and why would you tell them? Because it was handled very well and fast.”
